RETURNS
Bristol Automotive Parts return policy: In our “online” store we do our absolute best to make sure that the item you purchase is what you need to fit your vehicle. That is the reason we ask for your year make and model. We have a NO RETURN policy on items purchased in our E-Commerce store simply because of the expense in getting it to you safely and quickly.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Bristol Automotive Parts reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
SHIPPING
We process orders Monday-Friday. Considering several factors, including part size and destination address, we will ship your order via USPS or UPS. We reserve the right to alter shipping method.
INVENTORY
Due to unexpected customer demand for any item, our inventory may be depleted prior to your order being processed, if we are unable to fulfill the order, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded.
NEW OLD STOCK (NOS)
New Old Stock (NOS) refers to aged stock of merchandise that was never sold to a customer, but still new in original packaging. Such merchandise may not be manufactured anymore, and the New Old Stock may represent the only current source of a particular item. Items may be New Old Stock (NOS). When an item is considered NOS, it has been on the shelf for quite some time and so the original packaging may not be in the most pristine condition. This result from shelf life does not detract from an item being identified as NOS. Items may not be shipped in the original box due to the condition of the original packaging.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bristol Automotive Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bristol Automotive Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed or not.
PRIVACY POLICY
We have no personal information unless you provide it by creating an account on our website or subscribing to our newsletter. We do not purchase personal information from third parties.
We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers so we can fill your order, find your order if you ask about it and contact you about your order if necessary. All personal information is stored in the United States. We do not store credit card numbers.
We contact you by telephone, text, or e-mail only if necessary, to process your order. We may also use your email address to tell you about discounts, promotions, newsletters, or other events.
We do not share information with anyone except when necessary to process your order (such as telling a carrier where to deliver).
